    After logging in (read the How do I sign in? topic) and selecting Bill Analyser. Choose the level of account desired from the accounts hierarchy list.

    Your remaining allowance information is displayed in the Allowances panel, on the bottom right section of the screen.

  • 3. Click the toggle icons to view allowance types (E.g. Data, Minutes, Texts).
  • 4.

    Click View allowances for more information.

  • 5.

    Your allowances will be displayed.

  • 6.

    To view the allowances of other groups or accounts, firstly select the correct account using the hierarchy list (see the How do i use the account hierarchy panel? topic).

    Access to some features demonstrated in this simulator are role-dependent. If you are not an account administrator, enquire with who is to find out what level of access you have.
  • 7.

    Click an individual account to view its allowances.

  • 8. The tariff and usage details displayed will show you how much allowance is left.
