  • 1. After logging in (read the How do I sign in? topic) and selecting Bill Analyser, youʼll see the Account management page.
  • 2. Click the drop down icon next to your username.
  • 3. Click Profile.
  • 4. To receive an email each time a new invoice is ready tick the Notify me of new invoices checkbox.
  • 5. To edit your user details, click Edit My Details.
  • 6. As part of the 2 step security check you will receive a code via text message. Enter the code from the message.
  • 7. Click Submit.
  • 8. Click the desired option you wish to update (E.g. Change my password).
  • 9. Enter the old password, new password and confirm new password text field details.
  • 10. Click Save changes. Your user details have been updated. You will receive an email to confirm the change.
