- 1. After youʼve logged in (read the How do I sign in? topic) and selected Analyse your bills and run reports, youʼll see the Account management page. Click Invoices.
- 2. Your invoice overview will be displayed. To view an invoice, click the Invoice number.
- 3. The invoice details will be displayed. Click an individual telephone user whose invoice you wish to email.
- 4. To email the invoice click the Download button.
- 5. Click the Options drop down menu and select Email.
- 6. In the Email recipients field, enter the email address of the recipient and click Add an Email Address. You can repeat this step to add more recipients.
- 7. Click Proceed.
- 8. In the Export summary box, click OK. The invoice will be emailed to the recipients.
- 9. To view and check the status your exported files click My Reports.
