  • 1. After logging in (read the How do I sign in? topic) and selecting Bill Analyser. Choose the desired mobile phone number.
  • 2. Click Account.
  • 3. Click Bars.
  • 4. To enable/ disable bars on the account, click the toggle next to the required bar. (E.g. Switching Adult Premium to ON will bar premium numbers from being dialled).
  • 5. Click Yes to enable the bar.
  • 6. The Bar will be activated. Enable Pending will be displayed until the process has updated to the desired account.
    The bar will be enabled within 24hrs of switching on and Enable Pending will no longer be shown.
