    Go to and click Sign In.

    Type your username and password and click Sign in.

    Click My Account.

    Hover over Manage Contracts.

  • 5. Click View contract dates and upgrade options.

    Search for the desired mobile number or click Search to find them all.

  • 7.

    Details of all associated mobile numbers will be displayed.

  • 8.

    Select the Want to upgrade checkbox next to any account you wish to upgrade.

  • 9. You will then be forwarded to the online shop where you can progress with the purchase of a new device or SIMO of your choice.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
