My Account – For 1-9 connections and partner managed - How to Upgrade

Go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2business and click Sign In.

Type your username and password and click Sign in.
- 3.
Click My Account.
- 4.
Hover over Manage Contracts.
- 5. Click View contract dates and upgrade options.
- 6.
Search for the desired mobile number or click Search to find them all.
- 7.
Details of all associated mobile numbers will be displayed.
- 8.
Select the Want to upgrade checkbox next to any account you wish to upgrade.
- 9. You will then be forwarded to the online shop where you can progress with the purchase of a new device or SIMO of your choice.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
