My O2 Business overview - Forgotten your password?

- You can now unlock your account using a phone or email:
- 2. Click Forgotten your username or password?
- 3. You can unlock your account with two options: phone or email.
- 4. Email: Type in your email address.
- 5. Click Continue.
- 6. Check your email address and click the link in the email.
- 7. Type in a new password in the Create a new password box.Note: Your case sensitive password must be between 7 and 16 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number. The passcode can contain these symbols. ! ? + — * < > _
- 8. Retype the password in the Confirm your new password box.
- 9. Click Save changes.
- 10. Click Continue to log in.Your new password should include a mix of both letters and numbers. Avoid passwords including "123" and/or "ABC". Read the Password Best Practice page for some useful tips.
- 11. Depending on what access you have, click on:
- Bill Analyser (to view and analyse your bills)
- My account (to view and manage your account)
- 12. Phone: Type in your phone number (the mobile number you registered with us when you joined O2).
- 13. Click Continue.
- 14. Check your phone’s text messages and type the code we sent you in the Your six digit code box, then click Submit.
- 15. Click Reset password (or Sign in if you know your password).
- 16. Type in the answer to your security question.Note: Your secret answer is case sensitive.
- 17. Scroll down and type in a new password in the Create a new password box.Note: Your case sensitive password must be between 7 and 16 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number. The passcode can contain these symbols. ! ? + — * < > _
- 18. Retype the password in the Confirm your new password box.
- 19. Click Save changes.
- 20. You’re now signed in with your new password. Click Continue.
- 21. Depending on what access you have, click on:
- Bill Analyser (to view and analyse your bills)
- My account (to view and manage your account)
